Despite being an older motel, the room felt spacious and welcoming.

The cleaning staff did a fantastic job and the breakfast was decent.

While checking in, I was a bit concerned about the $100 deposit charged to my credit card. However, the front desk assured me that it would be reimbursed once the room was checked and cleaned.

Nice spotlessly clean motel with comfortable beds. the room had a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker which were convenient. Good breakfast with cereals, yogurt, muffins, coffee, juice, and make-your-own waffles. Convenient location, only 15 minutes walk from the city center, and plenty of USB sockets to charge multiple devices at the same time.

Continental breakfast could have more variety. Not a fancy place to relax at the hotel, but perfect for a night or several nights as a base camp and place to sleep.

For the price we paid, we got great value at this well-maintained hotel. Although the bed and pillows were basic, the room was spotless and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, close to Freeport and Portland for a ball game.

As a result, I ended up paying more for additional family members and children, which was an unexpected expense. Furthermore, the additional charge of $10 for a cot for our third child seemed unnecessary and inflated the overall cost of the stay.
