The location of this hotel was very convenient, with easy access to highways and other sites in the area. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were great. They were helpful and quick to resolve any issues that arose during my stay. The general manager went above and beyond, even upgrading my room to a suite at no additional cost.

There were a few negative aspects of my experience. Firstly, the communication between staff members was lacking.

The hotel had everything I needed - a comfortable bed, a microwave and fridge, a flat-screen TV, good AC, and reliable wifi. The location was great, close to the lake and within easy reach of everything. The hotel facilities, cleanliness, and staff were all top-notch.

The pool was not open in the morning, which was inconvenient for guests who wanted to enjoy a morning swim before check-out. The hotel's management charging full price for a reservation that was unable to be fulfilled due to weather conditions seemed unfair and lacking in understanding.

The staff went out of their way to help us, even when we got lost coming back from a wedding late at night. Mat from the hotel stayed on the phone with us until we arrived safely back to our room. The room itself was spacious and well-maintained, with a good shower and amenities like a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. The location was convenient, close to the main area of Angels Camp. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. I highly recommend this hotel.

The king room I stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with a very comfortable bed. Despite its convenient location, the hotel was surprisingly quiet, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The room had air-conditioning, a reliable shower, clean towels, and even a small coffee-maker. I was pleased with my stay and would definitely choose to stay at Travelodge again.

The location was perfect for exploring the nearby areas of Murphys, Jackson, and Sonora, and we even had the opportunity to go hiking. Plus, it was great to have a pool on-site.
