Clean and comfy getaway

We loved how clean and spacious our room was! The bed was super comfy, and the pool was fun too. Staff was really nice and helpful, just had a bit of trouble with our AC unit, had to get it sorted out from downstairs. Also found some dirty socks in the room when we checked in.

Great breakfast and comfy beds. Shower needs better cleaning.

The hotel offers excellent value for money with its clean and well-organized rooms. the friendly and attentive staff, especially Maria and Valentina, provide top-notch service. the breakfast is consistently high quality and served promptly. Additionally, the convenient location near a few restaurants and a Waffle House makes dining out a breeze.

Our stay at the Hilton Garden Inn on Papermill Drive was exceptional. the staff, from Alicia at the bar to Maria and Valentina serving, were incredibly hospitable and friendly. the amenities like the car charging stations, well-stocked market, and complimentary coffee were fantastic. the front desk team was welcoming, and the housekeeping staff was accommodating. the hotel provided great recommendations for local attractions and dining options.

The room was clean and comfortable, with a convenient location near the highway and a short drive to a nearby campus. the hotel was surprisingly quiet despite its proximity to the road, making for a peaceful stay. the front desk staff were welcoming and professional, and the bartender, Alicia, provided exceptional service with a warm and friendly attitude.

The room had a few design flaws, such as a noisy air conditioning system that didn't cool effectively, and the bathroom door had a significant gap when closed, lacking privacy. Additionally, the continental breakfast, for which we paid extra, was found to be underwhelming compared to other hotels, lacking hot food options.

At this hotel, the staff found my forgotten headphones. It has Wi-Fi, an indoor pool, a fitness center, and a bar. I love it for a cozy stay. I'll return for New Year's.

Pros We were pleasantly surprised by the excellent breakfast options offered at Hilton Garden Inn. the variety and quality exceeded our expectations. the waffles were a particular delight. Despite a slight issue with the shower setup, the overall experience was enjoyable. Overall, I'd recommend this hotel.
