Well-maintained exterior, freshly remodeled rooms with pitched ceilings, no carpet for sanitation, pleasant staff, calm and quiet atmosphere.

The room was clean and comfortable, perfect for a short family stay. The pool was a hit with the kids, they didn't want to leave! The location was convenient and close to everything. The staff did a great job considering the staff shortage. a pleasant experience.

The room itself was calm and quiet, providing the perfect environment for relaxation. I was impressed by the recent upgrades that had been made since my last visit. The hotel's location was ideal, as it was really close to a variety of restaurants in downtown Pleasanton. Additionally, it was conveniently located near the Premium Outlets centrum, making it easy to access everything I needed. The parking at the hotel was also very convenient, with spaces close to the rooms.

The staff at Tri-Valley Inn & Suites were very professional, always helpful, and had a smile on their faces. The neighborhood was quiet and there were countless options for food and shopping within walking distance. The beds were comfy, the bathroom was very clean, and each room had its own heat/AC unit. The parking area was well-lit and felt safe, and the pool area was also very clean. I would definitely book this hotel again!
