I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were all pleasant and accommodating, always ready to help with any extra requests. The room itself was calm and quiet, providing the perfect environment for relaxation. I was impressed by the recent upgrades that had been made since my last visit. The hotel's location was ideal, as it was really close to a variety of restaurants in downtown Pleasanton. Additionally, it was conveniently located near the Premium Outlets centrum, making it easy to access everything I needed. The parking at the hotel was also very convenient, with spaces close to the rooms.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

I recently stayed at a cozy and quaint hotel that felt like a little apartment. The Queen suite I booked had a nice small kitchen area and lots of storage. The staff at Tri-Valley Inn & Suites were very professional, always helpful, and had a smile on their faces. The neighborhood was quiet and there were countless options for food and shopping within walking distance. The beds were comfy, the bathroom was very clean, and each room had its own heat/AC unit. The parking area was well-lit and felt safe, and the pool area was also very clean. I would definitely book this hotel again!

The beds were very comfortable and the rooms had a nice small kitchen area and plenty of storage. The bathroom was spotlessly clean and the hotel provided individual heat/AC units in each room. The parking area was right at the door and well lit for added security. Additionally, the pool area was very clean, and I would definitely book here again.

My family and I stayed at this hotel for a short vacation and we had a wonderful experience. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was comfortable and perfect for our family of four. The highlight for us was the excellent pool, which our kids absolutely loved and didn't want to leave. The location was also ideal, as it was close to everything we wanted to visit. The updated room was nice and clean, and we appreciated the amenities like the fridge and microwave. we had a great stay at Tri-Valley Inn & Suites.

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay at Tri-Valley Inn & Suites. The room was clean and spacious, with a kitchenette that made our stay more comfortable. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, providing us with a great night's sleep. Additionally, the location was convenient, close to downtown and within walking distance to stores. we had a wonderful stay and would recommend this hotel.

One minor issue was that the floors could have been swept a bit better, as we found some animal hair on the bottom of our socks. However, this was a small inconvenience and didn't affect our overall experience.
