I recently stayed at Cathedral Mountain Lodge for a relaxing weekend getaway. The cabins were modern and cozy, and I loved sitting by the fire in the lodge, enjoying the beautiful views. The location, just outside of Lake Louise, was perfect for avoiding congestion. The staff was friendly and the meals, from afternoon tea to dinner, were outstanding. it was a lovely stay in a rustic setting.

The breakfast at the lodge was delicious, with a wide variety of choices. The staff were incredibly friendly and always went above and beyond to provide excellent service. The cabins had a rustic charm and were comfortable, allowing for a peaceful and relaxing stay. I also loved the absence of phones and TVs in the rooms, creating a true sense of disconnect and tranquility.

The breakfast option could have been improved by ensuring that the eggs were more enjoyable. Additionally, it would have been helpful to have clearer instructions on how to operate the room's heating system, as we initially struggled to keep warm without knowing about the gas heater.

The breakfast was refreshing, with a variety of options and they consistently refreshed the items throughout the breakfast period. The hotel was just off the main highway, providing easy transportation options to various sights in Yoho.

The location of this lodge is absolutely stunning. Situated by a glacial river, guests have access to a small private sandy cove where they can relax and enjoy the soothing sounds of the river. the lodge is conveniently located near Lake Moraine, offering breathtaking views. The rooms are well-furnished, and the breakfast served is delicious.

One downside is that the hotel is quite isolated, with limited nearby activities and no gift shop.

We were blown away by the phenomenal food and its presentation during the two nights we ate dinner here. The furnishings were nice and we appreciated having individual heating in our cottage. The breakfast was good and the reception staff were very friendly.

The breakfast buffet was delicious and the staff were exceptional in their service. The location was convenient for exploring the area and the lodge served as a great base. we had a delightful experience and would highly recommend this lodge.

The price for our stay at Cathedral Mountain Lodge was a bit steep, but the rustic setting and overall experience made it worth it. The morning meal could have been more varied to avoid it getting boring over our six-night stay. However, we found a great alternative at a restaurant called Truffle Pigs down the road in Field, where the food was reasonably priced and had a great atmosphere.
