The air-conditioner was noisy, the sofa couch outdated, and the smell of marijuana was off-putting. However, the comfortable bed and great ocean views made up for it. Room cleaning was inconsistent, but the location was convenient.

Just stayed at a hotel in Dayton for months. LOVED the indoor swimming pool, the clean rooms, and the lovely staff. Would definitely stay here again. Indoor pool better than photos!

I had a fantastic experience at Tropical Winds Resort. the room was spacious and clean, with a very comfortable bed and amazing ocean views from the 5th floor. the amenities, including the pools and beach access, were top-notch. the staff, especially the front desk girl, was friendly and accommodating. I can't wait to visit again!

The oceanview room I stayed in at Tropical Winds was impeccable. The view was breathtaking, and the room was spotless. The kitchenette with a microwave and mini-fridge was incredibly handy, making my stay feel like a home away from home.

The bathroom fan was incredibly noisy and sounded like it would fall down. The floor grout was black in places, indicating it hadn't been cleaned.

Despite the outdoor pool being not clean and some construction nearby, the overall experience was fantastic. The spacious room, beachfront location, and helpful staff made it a wonderful stay.

We had a fantastic time at the Hawaiian themed dinner theater located at the resort. The lively atmosphere and entertaining performances made it a memorable evening for the whole family. Additionally, the free chocolate-making tour was a delightful experience, offering a fun and educational activity for all ages.

My wife says that more family-friendly entertainment options, such as a dedicated children's play area or kids' club, would make for an even more enjoyable stay for families with children.

Mike went above and beyond, providing us with great tips and arranging transport for us, making our stay unforgettable.

Improvements could be made in ensuring room security, as one guest mistakenly entered another's room, which caused confusion and discomfort. the hotel should work on room cleanliness and maintenance to enhance the overall guest experience.

The best feature of this property is the beach, which sits just beyond the pool deck at the rear of the property. The beach access was truly wonderful. It felt like stepping into a postcard with the soft sand and the gentle waves. It was like having a personal paradise right at my doorstep.

The parking perks were handy, but not ideal for forgetful drivers! The 18-hole miniature golf was a blast, even saw a live alligator. The chocolate factory tour was deliciously informative. A chaotic TV incident reminded us all to keep it down. A sunny breakfast by the pool hit the spot. a lively spot for a memorable vacation. Pomodoro sauce on everything!

we enjoyed our time at tropical winds resort and found the unit very well maintained. the restaurant had delicious meals at reasonable prices with friendly staff. a hot tub would have been a nice addition.
