I had a fantastic stay at the Tru By Hilton hotel. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by how spotless and clean everything was. The lobby, pool table, room, pool area, and coffee station were all extra clean and well-maintained. They even had sanitizer stations everywhere, including in the bathrooms. I want to give a big thumbs up to the housekeeping staff for keeping the hotel in such great condition. The hotel also had great amenities, with a basketball hoop and pool table that kept everyone entertained. The room itself was huge and had all the necessary amenities like a microwave, fridge, and coffee machine. The staff were also super friendly and polite, making my stay even more enjoyable. I had a pleasant experience at the Tru By Hilton hotel.

Lobby smell: the lobby had a strong potpourri smell, although luckily the room did not. Lack of cleanliness: the hallway carpeting seemed unvacuumed, and the floor in the room had crumbs and dust.
