I recently stayed at Sandbox Motel for a leisure trip with my girlfriend. We had a wonderful time during our few days there. The owners and guests were all incredibly kind and welcoming. The hotel is conveniently located near everything we wanted to do. They also have pet-friendly accommodations and provided dog bowls, a travel bowl to keep, and treats for our two Yorkies. The staff was friendly and readily available. I highly recommend staying at this pet-friendly hotel.

This hotel truly exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the attention to detail was impressive - from the clean and air-conditioned rooms to the comfortable beds, everything was in good condition. I particularly loved the rooms with two double beds and a kitchenette, which came in handy during our stay. The value for money was exceptional, especially considering the great location near restaurants and shopping options. Additionally, the friendly staff made us feel right at home, going above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. Breakfast being included was a delightful bonus that added to our enjoyable stay.

I needed a pet-friendly hotel and Sandbox was a great find! The check-in experience with Scott was friendly and welcoming. They really go above and beyond for their doggie guests with thoughtful touches like bowls and homemade treats. The cleanliness of the sand box was exceptional - no pet smells or hair. The location is convenient, with a grocery store and pharmacy nearby. The owners and staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, even working within my budget to upgrade to a beautiful suite. The pool area was well-maintained and I loved watching the seagulls fly around. The sandbox for kids was a nice touch, too. a wonderful place for longer stays and traveling with pets.

We got amazing value for our money at this charming motel. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a lovely touch with towel "swans" on the beds. The location was fantastic, just a few blocks from the beach, with ample free parking on the property. The staff, especially Maureen at the front office, provided exceptional customer service that went above and beyond our expectations.

The breakfast items could have been improved.

I had a very pleasant and relaxing stay at a motel in a great location. Check-in was easy and the staff were excellent, even taking the time to get to know me and my dog. The room was just right for my family, and despite being small, the bathroom was clean and had a unique vintage charm. The beds were comfortable and the bedding was top-notch. The motel's pet-friendly amenities were fantastic, including the feeding mat and dog-friendly recommendations provided upon arrival. The motel had a gated dog play area on the beach, which was perfect for my dog to run around and play. The pool was clean and not too crowded, and the provided floaties added an extra touch of fun. The motel's owners clearly take pride in their property, as everything was well-maintained and constantly cleaned. Despite being off-season, the air conditioning kept the room nice and cold. I had a great stay and would highly recommend this motel.

I loved that this hotel was pet-friendly and provided stainless steel dog bowls and a cute dog treat for my fur baby. The location was great, just a few blocks away from the boardwalk, and the pool was well-maintained. The staff was really nice and even gave us a map of the area and a booklet of events. Furthermore, the room was comfortable with lots of windows and a lovely deck with lounge chairs and tables for outdoor dining.

The staff at this hotel were super friendly and helpful, making my stay enjoyable. the rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the pool was also clean and inviting. I appreciated the convenience of having a nearby Acme, CVS, and liquor store for any essentials or snacks I needed. Additionally, the hotel's pet-friendly policy allowed me to bring my furry friends along with me.

One downside of the hotel was the size of the bathrooms, which were extremely small and lacked space. Another drawback was the location, as it was a bit of a walk to get to the boardwalk, and even then, it was at the far end of it.
