loved everything about this hotel! netflix on the tv, filtered water, automated pancake maker, clean pool. staff was welcoming and helpful. felt safe, great lobby to work in, colorful window shade, bright and quiet room. modern and clean hotel, loved the game area and sustainable amenities installed in the room.

The location is great, with a Publix within walking distance, perfect for grabbing snacks. The rooms are clean and the showers are nice. The staff is welcoming and helpful, providing recommendations for food and beverages. There are plenty of cozy spots in the lobby to relax or take a call. The hotel offers a refreshing complimentary hot breakfast that is well-stocked. The outdoor pool is a nice addition for relaxation.

The shampoo and conditioner bottles in the shower were not filled, but this can easily be resolved by calling the front desk.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The entire staff was top-notch, showing genuine concern and providing excellent service. They were polite, welcoming, and made us feel right at home. The location was very convenient, with numerous restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, including the super clean and never crowded pool. We also loved the lemon sugar bath products provided, adding a nice touch of luxury to our stay. Breakfast was simple but fulfilling, and we enjoyed the opportunity to socialize with other guests in the lobby.

The breakfast was good, although it was a bit crowded and food was not replenished quickly enough. The pool area was clean and enjoyable. I loved that I could sign into Netflix on the TV and the availability of filtered water was a nice touch. I had a pleasant experience.

I loved the flexibility of early check-in and late check-out, the outdoor pool, and the helpful tips from the reception. Enjoyed the free WiFi, breakfast, and premium channels in my room. The Cummer Museum of Art and Gardens was just 20 km away.

How delightful it was to find short hairs in the shower, dirty surfaces, and constantly re-programming room keys. So worth the stay.
