Comfortable bedding and appealing lobby ambiance.

My experience at Tru By Hilton Naperville Chicago was nothing short of disappointing. The noise levels were unbearable. I could hear conversations from neighboring rooms, and even the couple next door had their own loud activities that kept me awake. To add insult to injury, the bathroom was not cleaned properly upon arrival, with hair on the floor and a generally unkempt appearance, which I honestly did not expect from a Hilton property. This hotel fell far beneath the standards I anticipated, leaving me frustrated and regretting my stay.

I had a wonderful experience at Tru By Hilton Naperville Chicago. The hotel was beautifully designed, modern, and just a short drive from Chicago. The pool table and breakfast area were delightful, making my stay extra enjoyable. The staff, especially Yolanda, were remarkably warm and attentive, ensuring I had everything I needed. Breakfast included a variety of delicious options like freshly made waffles, eggs, and sausage, which I loved. Overall, my time there was both comfortable and memorable.

No microwave in the room was disappointing.

The breakfast was surprisingly good with many choices like a cool pancake machine that made small pancakes really fast. I loved that I could grab a quick bite and be off on my day without any hassle. The lobby was also very cozy and clean which made it nice to relax after a long day. Overall just a good spot to chill and enjoy the amenities we came for.

The price was a bit steep if I'm honest but considering some of the things we enjoyed it was still acceptable.

the staff here are super helpful, like yolanda at the front desk was so sweet and made check in easy. loved the clean lobby and comfy hangout spots too. breakfast had lots of options, like pancakes with toppings and omelets that were surprisingly tasty. the room was nice and quiet, perfect for a good night's sleep. the whole vibe here is chill and welcoming.

however, it was a bummer that there were no microwaves in the rooms and my orange juice was watery on the first day. also, the coffee station wasn't restocked in the evening when i wanted some.
