Great value for the money. The room was clean, quiet, and had everything we needed. The location was convenient, being close to the highway. The staff, especially the young ladies at the reception desk, were friendly and helpful.

The breakfast could have been better with more variety of food options.

my recent stay in smithfield was amazing! celebrating a wedding at tru by hilton was beyond expectations. the brand new and clean hotel had a convenient location, with plenty of nearby restaurants, coffee shops, and a mall. the breakfast selection was delicious, and the breakfast attendant made us feel like part of the family.

We loved the room! The flooring was great with no carpet, and the bathroom had convenient soap and shampoo dispensers. The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming. The breakfast had a good variety and we particularly enjoyed the oatmeal. The pool was enjoyable once it was free from kids diving, even though it was against the rules.

There was nothing we didn't like.

Enjoyed the free breakfast and WiFi, took a dip in the indoor pool, and worked out at the fitness center. Had a hilarious time at the shared lounge, laughing at the weird art on the walls.

Was not a fan of the moldy vent in the bathroom. Such a charming touch.

Friendly and accommodating staff who made you feel like part of the family. Free internet access, fitness centre, indoor swimming pool, and more amenities available.

The property had a shared lounge and a 24-hour front desk, where I could enjoy the company of strangers and ask for help any time. The daily breakfast offered buffet, continental, or American options, just what I needed to start my day of pretending to be busy.

Oh, I just loved that pets were allowed on any floor and even in the breakfast area! Who doesn't want to enjoy their meal with the company of furry friends and a constant fear of allergies?

Did not appreciate the funky-modern style of the property, it just didn't appeal to my taste. The noise insulation was poor as I could easily hear a child running around on the floor above me late at night.
