The staff were friendly and very accommodating. We loved the hot tub experience. I liked being able to listen to my music on the speaker built into the alarm clock. Location was excellent, only steps from the Village! The pool and gym facilities were good. The person at the front desk was exceptional.

The location of the hotel was excellent, just across the street from the center of the village. It was perfect within walking distance to all the attractions and amenities. The rooms were nice, clean, and roomy with comfortable beds and additional seating. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay stress-free. the hotel provided microwaves in each room upon request, which was a great convenience.

Some guests mentioned cleanliness issues, such as hairs on the bathroom floor and a moldy coffee maker.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff, especially Rij the receptionist, were incredibly friendly and helpful. From the moment we arrived, Rij greeted us with a smile and a warm welcome. The hotel is conveniently located right across from Whistler Village, making it incredibly easy to walk to all the shops and restaurants. The hotel facilities, including the pool and hot tub area, were nice and well-maintained. Our room, a King Deluxe, was spacious and clean, with the added bonus of robes and amenities from Malin & Goetz. The location of this hotel is perfect - away from the noise yet still close enough to easily walk to all the attractions in the village. Additionally, we appreciated the competitive prices compared to other hotels in the area. We can't wait to come back!

The hotel is conveniently located within a 5-10 minute walk to all of the main attractions in the area, such as the ski lifts and numerous restaurants and bars. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with nice beds and the option to open windows for fresh air. The front desk staff is extremely helpful and goes above and beyond to assist guests. the hotel offers free bike usage for 2 hours.

Some guests mentioned that the bathroom was a bit small for four people and their toiletries.

What a great way to start the new year! the hotel offered complimentary sparkling wine and chocolates upon arrival, giving us the perfect welcome. the location was fantastic, just steps away from the village and all the action. the highlight of our stay was the warm pool and hot tub, which were kept clean and refreshing.

The decor in the room was a bit outdated, and the bedding and towels could use an upgrade. there was no cafe or lounge in the hotel, making it difficult to relax and grab a quick bite.

Stayed at Aava for my ski trip. Left my laptop in the room safe and realized a few days later. I called and the manager had it shipped back to me. The pool and jacuzzi were great. Overall I had a good stay and would recommend.

Spacious, well-appointed rooms complete with excellent bathrooms and comfortable beds. Great location, only a short walk to the lifts and the village. Ski lockers and parking available, as well as a pool for the kids. Friendly and accommodating staff who excel in handling any request. Eco-friendly amenities in the shower were a nice touch, but TVs could be bigger.

The rooms are spacious and have all the necessary amenities, including a comfortable bed, a well-equipped bathroom, and a flat-screen TV.
