Killer location close to family, spotlessly clean with a fresh, modern vibe. Polite and helpful staff. Loved the open concept lobby, pool table, and huge TV. Room was spacious with no carpet, plenty of outlets, and a sleek IKEA-inspired design. The accessible bathroom and power window shades were a game-changer. Eco-friendly features like dispenser toiletries and sensor lights. Ashley at the front desk rocked! Suitable for business travelers.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a nice bathroom and amenities. I particularly loved the hand wash and lotion that were hung on the wall, along with the body wash, shampoo, and conditioner in the shower. the room had a modern, functional design with IKEA decor, which I found to be appealing. the Wi-Fi was excellent, one of the best I've experienced at any hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was close to restaurants and situated in a good neighbourhood. The hotel facilities, including the swimming pool and fitness center, were clean and well-maintained. The breakfast options were great, with a variety of choices such as oatmeal, veggie eggs, sausage, pancakes, and fresh fruit. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

We recently stayed at a hotel in Winchester and had a wonderful experience at Tru by Hilton. the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel like we were treated with kid gloves. They even prepared individual breakfast bags for each member of our party, including our furry companion. the hotel itself was exceptionally clean and had a joyful ambiance. We can't wait to fully explore and discover the facilities when we return in the fall.

I recently stayed at Tru By Hilton for an overnight stay while traveling. The hotel had a modern and functional design with decor reminiscent of IKEA. The bathroom was nice, and the TV in the room was great. The breakfast was decent, and they had a workout room and pool. I also appreciated that the hotel was pet-friendly. it was a fine hotel for a short stay.

Totally recommend this hotel.

Enjoyed the free hot breakfast in a lobby that was surprisingly bright and comfortable. The Games Room and heated indoor pool were a bonus. Can't complain about up to 3 free nights at Hilton properties worldwide.

Maid service was a myth. I felt like I was on my own personal treasure hunt for towels.

tru by hilton made my stay in winchester even better! the clean modern rooms and comfy beds were a great retreat after exploring the coast. the friendly staff, amazing service, and delicious breakfast made this hotel standout in my book.

Best aspects of the hotel were the friendly front desk agents and the modern look of the room. The front desk agents were young, casually dressed, and very helpful. The room had a contemporary design similar to IKEA, which I loved. One more advantage was the open concept of the lobby with the seating area and pool table, creating a relaxed atmosphere.

Worst aspects of the hotel were the inaccessible bathroom for disabled individuals and the expensive food and snacks available for purchase. The handicap bathroom did not have a proper setup for someone in a wheelchair to access the shower easily.
