We had the most amazing stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and taken care of. The location in a bustling industrial area was perfect for our needs and provided a unique atmosphere. The room was incredibly comfortable with all the amenities we could ask for, including free Wi-Fi and a microwave. The hotel's spa and wellness center was a real treat, offering a wide range of services such as massages, body wraps, and facials. The indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi were a great way to relax and unwind. The staff at the hotel were attentive and provided excellent customer service throughout our stay. this hotel exceeded our expectations and made our trip truly special.

Cleanliness and hotel facilities were exceptional. The room was spotlessly clean and very comfy, and the hotel had amenities like a coffee maker and fresh fruit in the lobby. The location was also great, in a very convenient part of town and close to the NYCB theatre and Marco polo restaurant. The staff was professional, friendly, and extremely helpful, with the Assistant General Manager giving us detailed suggestions for things to do in the area.

As party people, we loved the proximity to our bridal shower and the awesome Jacuzzi tub, balcony, and early room access. The bed was comfortable, the sheets and pillows were top-notch, and we could sleep for days. The bar had a pleasant ambiance with subdued lighting, and the indoor pool/spa/sauna/steam room were open until 11 PM. The friendly and helpful front staff made our stay even better.
