Nothing not to like.

This hotel offers great value for money, with reasonable prices and attention to detail. The rooms with two single beds right off the porch provide amazing views of the ocean, creating a picturesque setting for a relaxing stay. The staff, like Innkeeper Caroline, are friendly and knowledgeable, offering exceptional service. Additionally, the breakfast options are delicious and served in a lovely setting.

The breakfasts were outstanding - way beyond our expectations - a selection of Maine’s seasonal fruit and the innkeeper’s recipes. The location was between two charming cities, Camden and Belfast, on a beautiful stretch of the Maine coast.

What a disappointment! the free gifts were the only good thing about this hotel. Its location is great as it is close to fine restaurants and local attractions. the staff was all right, but nothing special. the complimentary breakfast was very basic and not tasty.

The room was in terrible condition. There were stains on the bedding, and the bathroom smelled bad.

I had a truly fabulous and luxurious getaway at Victorian By The Sea. The innkeeper, Caroline, was incredibly warm and engaging, making me feel like a valued guest. The inn itself is a beautifully cared for ca. 1890 seaside mansion with its original features intact. It provided a peaceful retreat, without a TV but with strong Wi-Fi for those who need to stay connected. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. I highly recommend this beautiful and welcoming B&B.

During our stay, we were impressed with the beautifully kept grounds and rooms. The Inn Keeper went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and even provided us with a delicious breakfast to-go on the day we had to leave early. The beds were incredibly comfortable, allowing for a restful sleep. The Victorian bath in the bathroom was a nice touch and the whole house had a light and airy atmosphere. We also enjoyed the lovely view of the water and the fresh flowers in the room.

One minor task we didn't anticipate was hauling our suitcases up the stairs to the second-floor bedroom.
