I recently stayed at Villa Sinclair for a relaxing beach getaway. The host was incredibly welcoming and made me feel right at home. The room was spacious and had everything I needed, including a pullout bed, beach chairs, and towels. I loved the bar and hot tub on the first floor, perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach. The location was outstanding, just steps away from the beach and the bustling Broadwalk. The keyless entry was convenient and the free amenities like sunscreen and paper towels were a nice touch. a fantastic stay!

We had an incredible time at a wonderful location near the beach. The apartment was spotless and had many extras included. The highlight was the huge patio with a sauna, jacuzzi, barbeque grills, bar, and fireplaces. The hosts were incredibly attentive and made our stay unforgettable. They even provided beach towels, chairs, toys, and an umbrella. Parking was reasonable and easy to use. We have never seen anything comparable to this.

I had a fantastic time at Villa Sinclair Beach Suites And Spa. The location was perfect, with easy beach access and a charming atmosphere. The backyard was comfortable and inviting, and the owner was very nice and accommodating. I couldn't have asked for a better place near the beach.

One minor drawback was the extra charges for things like paper towels and extra face cloths during my week-long stay. It would have been nice if these little things were included without additional fees.

The location is great, just steps from the beach. The owner is remarkable, meeting all our needs and providing bikes, umbrella's, chairs, ice chest, and boggie boards. He is quick to respond and a delight to be around. The outdoor seating and lounge areas are wonderful, and the property is impeccably maintained. The owner even hosted intimate parties with campfires and outdoor movie nights. Villa Sinclair understands customer service and even set up a special gift package on Valentine's day.

Additionally, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff members were incredibly friendly and helpful.

Upon arrival, there was a strong smell of marijuana both outside and inside the hotel. The check-in experience was not very professional, with the owner being found drinking at the bar and a topless woman nearby.

Right at the calm family beach and near to FLL airport, this hotel had everything I needed. Cleanliness was top-notch, and the hotel facilities were fantastic, including a bar, hookah lounge, hot tub, sauna. The location was perfect, right on the boardwalk near great restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing beach towels, cooler, and bikes for exploring the area.

For us, it was ideal.
