I appreciated the convenient shuttle service available to the local clinic. This made my visit much easier and reduced the stress of finding parking. After a long day, coming back to a clean room felt refreshing. I enjoyed having a microwave for my snacks, and the location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions. I felt right at home during my stay and would definitely choose to return if I needed to visit again.

The beds were very comfortable! Staff provided excellent services like taxi reservations and luggage storage.

Rooms appeared basic and lacked amenities you'd expect from a hotel! Expect tighter parking spaces too.

The shuttle service was a lifesaver—took us straight to the hospital without a hassle, and the staff were super friendly. Our room was nice and big, perfect for relaxing after a long day.

Only downside was the slightly hard beds, had a bit of an uneasy sleep, but otherwise, it did the job.

The fried fish joint nearby is a hidden gem! We also loved that our room was spacious and clean, and surprisingly comfortable beds made us feel right at home.

Still, the bright side kept shining throughout our stay!

Close walking distance to the hospital and very comfortable room. Breakfast setup was awkward, making it less convenient.

the only elevator was painfully slow, and the exit alarm was quite alarming, not in a good way. also, my expectations of complimentary toiletries were dashed. i almost considered giving this place a good review, but when you treat me like an average guest, it’s hard to overlook, isn’t it? utterly disappointing.

Wicked impressed! The staff was super friendly, especially the shuttle driver, making it easy to get to the hospital. Room was massive and clean, perfect for what we needed. Loved having a fridge and microwave for our snacks too. Great vibes, for sure!

We loved the spacious room with comfy beds and a nice view. My daughter especially enjoyed the complimentary shuttle service that took us around. The staff made us feel welcome and were super accommodating, which made traveling with our two little ones much easier.

My wife thinks that having some essential toiletries for kids would be a great addition.

It was just a strong match for a quick trip in Durham with outstanding value for money. The management was quick to refund a day due to a power failure. Make sure to double-check any service updates during severe weather.

Had a pleasant experience with a spacious room that offered plenty of towels, a useful microwave, and a luxurious dressing table. Although decor needs updating, everything was exceptionally clean. The proximity to Duke's campus was ideal for my visit. Just be mindful of limited parking spots.
