the hotel was so clean - comfy beds, and a fantastic location near everything!

Couldn't recommend more.

The stunning views of downtown New Orleans from the rooftop pool and bar at Virgin Hotels left me in awe. the convenience of having my room's lights controlled from multiple locations was a futuristic touch I truly appreciated. the staff's exceptional service and the ability to store luggage and vehicles after checkout added to the overall convenience and comfort of the stay.

The breakfast menu options included in the room rate were not to my liking.

The location of the hotel was perfect and the staff were friendly and helpful. We had an incident with the elevator but thankfully we got out safely. However, the staff did not seem to take it seriously when we reported it the next day. Despite this, I would recommend Virgin Hotels for their great location and good service.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I must say, the location couldn't have been better. Everything was right at my fingertips and I didn't have to go far to get to all the important places. The staff was so friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. The room was clean and had everything I needed, including a welcome drink. The amenities like the fitness centre, in-room breakfast, and free wi-fi were also fantastic.

This hotel is great! The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the decor is modern and stylish. The location is convenient, in a good area close to everything you need to see. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with soft beds, nice showers, and good amenities. The rooftop bar is also a nice touch, offering great views of the city. we had a wonderful experience here and would definitely stay again.

There was one small issue with the room design, which was a low-hanging lamp that could be an inconvenience.

Night staff unhelpful and resulted in missed flight and unnecessary expenses. Front desk staff promise of comp breakfast not carried out.
