I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, right across the street from the AA center where I attended an amazing event. The room itself was comfortable and well-appointed, with amenities like an ironing facility, mini-bar, and flat-screen TV. The staff was friendly and attentive, offering top-notch room service and making sure I had everything I needed. The hotel even had its own spa and wellness center, where I enjoyed a relaxing massage and spa treatment. the hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services, making my stay truly memorable.

Great location near event, clean facilities, spacious room, comfortable bed, nice view at night, vibrant bar, rooftop pool, on-site spa and fitness center.

The room was clean and modern, with a comfortable bed. The front desk and employees were helpful and nice. The location was convenient for attending a Mavs game and had a great balcony spot for people watching. The natural light was a nice touch and they even provided a box fan.

We had a fantastic stay at the W Dallas - Victory! The location couldn't have been better, right across from the American Airlines Centre and within walking distance of bars, restaurants, and tourist spots like Dealey Plaza. The room was small, but well-equipped, and the bed was super comfy. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the housekeeping team did a great job making our room look new again while we were out. I highly recommend this hotel for its great location and comfortable accommodations.

Staff at the restaurant were excellent and the food was very good. The comfortable beds ensured a good night's sleep. The hotel's gym was well-equipped and the pool looked inviting, although the weather prevented me from using it. The hotel also had the Bliss spa, which was a nice feature.

The night manager was not very helpful and the regular staff showed favoritism towards a customer. The maids forgot to provide towels one day, but did bring them when called. The hotel had some issues with riff-raff coming in after games at the neighboring American Airlines center. The entrance to the hotel was small and cramped, making it difficult to pull up with a car. The valet staff, however, was friendly and quick.

Damion at the front desk provided excellent service, taking the time to explain everything to us in detail. The valet gentlemen were friendly and knowledgeable, offering great suggestions and directions. The hotel's location right across the street from the American Airlines Center was perfect for us, as we were attending an event there. We parked our car and didn't need to use it again until we left. Being within walking distance of a variety of restaurants was a bonus. We also enjoyed the restaurant Cook Hall for quick and tasty meals. The complimentary wireless with our SPG membership was a nice added perk.

The staff were extremely efficient and kind, even charging my forgotten phone charger at no cost. The lobby bar had great food and was convenient for after the show. The room layout with the open bathroom concept was different but comfortable. The location was fantastic, with eateries and shopping nearby. I'll recommend this hotel.
