I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The staff were extremely friendly, and the atmosphere was very welcoming. I was delighted to receive an upgrade to a beautiful room on the 12th floor, with stunning views. The room was spacious and clean, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. I also appreciated the drinks vouchers and complimentary bottle of wine that were given to me at reception. The hotel's location in a quiet area was perfect for a peaceful getaway, and I was able to easily explore the city with the freeway nearby. The pool area was lovely, and although I didn't swim, I enjoyed relaxing by the poolside one morning.

The only minor issue I had was with the pool staff. I had to request fresh towels multiple times before they were provided.

We recently stayed at W Los Angeles - West Beverly Hills and had a fantastic experience. The location was perfect for exploring the city and attending events. The bar and restaurant were exceptional, with friendly and attentive bartenders who made our evenings enjoyable. Additionally, the comfortable bed ensured a great night's sleep.
