I was pleasantly surprised by the location of this hotel, just a stone's throw away from the bustling square. The breakfast served on the rooftop with a view of the volcanos was an absolute treat. The bed was comfy and the pillows were nice. The towels were thick and plush, making me feel pampered. The Spanish hacienda-style ambiance added a touch of charm. The concierge's recommendations for restaurants were spot-on and added a delightful twist to my fourth visit to Antigua.

While I didn't explore the hotel extensively, I felt that it lacked a bit of character. However, it still offered solid value for money.
