The staff guided me on my first visit. This place has all I need: Wi-Fi, pool, spa, fitness center, welcome drink. Perfect for my weekend getaway—always satisfied with the amenities. I keep coming back without any regrets.

My stay at W was fantastic! the room ambiance was chic, with luxurious details like a golden mirror and mood-setting lighting. the stunning city view from the 37th floor was breathtaking, especially facing City Hall. the lobby had a trendy club vibe. the staff was friendly, and the facilities, like the heated pool and well-equipped gym, were top-notch. the location was convenient, close to shops and galleries.
