The property was well equipped with typical furnishings. the amenities such as the sauna, steam room, and jacuzzi were great to use. the location was close to a nearby resort which was enjoyable to visit in the evenings.

The layout of the villa was odd and resulted in a very gloomy and dark space, with no window in the living area. the staff seemed distant and not very friendly, which was disappointing.

We recently stayed at The Westin Kierland Villas for six days and had a fantastic experience. The apartments were spotless and equipped with top-notch amenities, including a large flat-screen TV. The recently renovated rooms were worth the extra cost, with heavenly beds and superb linen sheets. The facilities were excellent for both couples and families, with fresh pool towels and ice-cold water available poolside. The shuttle service to nearby shops and restaurants was convenient, and there was a great supermarket across the road. The breakfast at the Marketplace was delicious, especially the brioche French toast. The resort was a fun place for kids and had plenty of activities for them, as well as being a golfers' paradise. We loved being able to use all the facilities of the hotel, such as the amazing pools and lazy river. The staff provided exceptional service throughout our stay, especially David the receptionist. We would definitely return.

I had a wonderful stay at The Westin Kierland Villas. The villas were clean, updated, and felt like a home away from home. The location was convenient, with everything I needed nearby. The pool staff and kids club staff were amazing, they took great care of both the children and the adults. The service at the pool areas and main resort was always attentive and prompt. I also appreciated the included parking, as finding a spot was never a problem. The resort itself was clean and had a laid-back atmosphere. I highly recommend this hotel for a great vacation experience.

A Weekend Escape

I recently stayed at a beautiful resort that offered the perfect weekend getaway. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a festive Winter Wonderland and a warm cup of hot chocolate. The Christmas light show on the back of the resort was truly amazing. The meals were excellent, and the atmosphere was filled with Christmas decor and holiday cheer. The best part was that the villas and the main resort were just a short 5-minute walk away, or I could take the convenient shuttle. The location was suburban, providing a peaceful retreat, yet still close enough to the city for easy access to shopping and restaurants. I had a wonderful time at this resort and would highly recommend it for a memorable weekend escape.

The balcony provided a great view of the wildlife, and the service from the receptionist and other staff members was exceptional. The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating, always willing to help and make our stay comfortable. the rooms were well, appointed and comfortable, with gas fireplaces that were perfect for the cooler temperatures in December. the property has beautiful communal areas and well, kept gardens, creating a pleasant atmosphere.

The staff at the lobby seemed disinterested and didn't greet guests or offer assistance. We had to wait for the manager to check in.

Although it is suburban, it only took me a short 20-minute ride to reach the center of town. The staff here is truly exceptional. They provided excellent service and went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met. They even found a spare outfit for my loved one to take to the hospital. Moreover, they brought free ice water to everyone and promptly replaced it when it ran out.

During my new year's stay, the free airport shuttle and welcoming staff was great. the outdoor pool area was vast and had a hot tub. the nearby shopping centers and restaurants were excellent and made it easy to find some great new year's deals.

My room wasn’t ready until a couple of hours after check-in, while the amenities and room quality were below average. the parking lot was overcrowded, and the food at the restaurant was overpriced and unsatisfying.
