We had a fantastic time at this luxurious hotel. The location was convenient for exploring the city, and we were able to easily visit nearby neighborhoods like Brooklyn. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing excellent customer service throughout our stay. The rooms, although small, were very comfortable, especially the cozy beds. The modern and sleek bathroom was spotlessly clean. We appreciated the high-tech features, such as the wall remote control for the TV, lighting, and blinds. The hotel also had a lovely cafe with delicious breakfast options, including Blue Bottle coffee, making our mornings easy and enjoyable.

In terms of location, it may not be the most ideal for guests who prefer walking distances, but it was still easy to get to and from the hotel. this place exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend it to anyone, especially families.

The hidden entrance to the bar, located three levels beneath the hotel, was a fantastic surprise. The menu and bartenders were excellent, creating a wonderful atmosphere. The rooms, though small, were modern, clean, and comfortable. The hotel itself had a clean and convenient design, with a beautiful lobby connected to a coffee shop serving amazing drinks.

The hotel is located in a bustling area close to public transportation, giving easy access to various parts of the city. The rooms have large windows providing plenty of natural light, and the furniture/fixtures are modern and new. You'll appreciate the complimentary shower products, slippers, and bathrobe for added comfort.

The staff was exceptional, with everyone being kind, helpful, and accommodating. They even handled all my packages and minor room maintenance issues with efficiency. I loved my stay and can't wait to go back!
