We had a wonderful stay here in the mountains of North Idaho close to the Montana border. The service was outstanding with room service and housekeeping being top-notch. We also appreciated the airport shuttle and paid shuttle service that was convenient and reliable. The welcome drink was a nice touch, and the room amenities, such as the ironing facilities, heating, and air conditioning, made our stay comfortable.

We found a decent lodging option for our unexpected stay in the mountains. The location was convenient with a grocery store nearby, and we enjoyed dining at the attached cafe. The room was clean and spacious with a comfy bed. However, the bathroom was quite basic with no complimentary toiletries. The service was decent but not exceptional, and the breakfast was average. There were some facilities available on-site but nothing extraordinary.

We encountered some issues with the front desk staff. They were not as friendly or helpful as we would have liked, and it seemed like they were not interested in answering our questions.

Located near the highway, this cozy and welcoming lodge has a refreshing pool and kind, informative staff members. The room was immaculate and quiet, with comfortable beds and plenty of outlets. The restaurant and parking were convenient.

During our recent stay at Wallace Inn, we had a fantastic experience. We were in town to go biking and were delighted to find that the hotel was conveniently located near our biking trail. The room itself was spacious and had an additional sitting area, which was a nice touch. The pool and hot tub were a welcome treat after a long day of biking. The staff at the hotel were excellent and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. When our bikes got muddy after the Hiawatha ride, the staff provided us with a hose and a pile of rags, which turned out to be very helpful. They also gave us great recommendations for local restaurants, which we thoroughly enjoyed.

Nestled in the majestic mountains of northern Idaho close to the Montana border, this hotel is a hidden gem. The service provided by the friendly staff is top-notch, and the attention to detail is impressive. The rooms are comfortable, with fresh towels and a cozy bed. Plus, the breakfast included with the rate is delicious.

Easy location for accessing the Coeur d' Alene Trail, spacious ground-floor room with convenient access to car and bikes, swimming pool and hot tub available, friendly and helpful staff, good restaurant recommendations.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The location of the hotel was perfect- right in the heart of the city, so we were able to easily access different shops, restaurants, and attractions. One more advantage I enjoyed was the cozy atmosphere of the hotel; the rooms were well-decorated and comfortable, which made my stay even more pleasant.

The downside of my stay was that the hotel did not have an elevator which made it a bit tough to carry my luggage up to my room, especially since I had a lot of bags. the hotel had some construction work going on, which made it quite noisy at times, which was a bit disturbing and made it difficult to sleep at night.

We loved our stay at this cozy hotel! The breakfast was amazing, and the room was comfortable and clean. The pool and sauna were a great addition. Although the hotel did not have an elevator, the staff was very helpful and accommodating to our needs. we highly recommend this place!
