We got great value for our money with a newly renovated, modern and quiet room. The hotel's location was excellent for exploring the city by foot or subway, and the staff treated us with exceptional friendliness and professionalism.

The breakfast option could have been better with more hot and traditional choices, instead of limited healthy options.

The showers were amazing and the beds were super comfy. The staff was friendly and helpful. The lobby had a snack bar. a 10/10 experience.

The location was perfect for us, as it was close to everything - from the subway and shops to Times Square. It was also very convenient to many of the local tourist attractions, which made exploring the city so much easier. The breakfast staff were excellent, happy and very helpful. Quick and easy, no fuss and no problems. The location is convenient, with a police station opposite for added safety. The hotel is clean, with comfortable rooms and fast elevators. Loved the mini-refrigerator in the bedroom.

We stayed in a hotel that was located in the heart of the city, right opposite a Police Station in fact. The location was perfect as we were able to walk or take the subway to Times Square, Central Park and other landmarks. The hotel was just a short distance away from Newark airport making it easy to get there. The rooms were spacious and the staff was friendly and helpful. The cafe staff was exceptional, always cheerful and accommodating.

The gym was quite small and could use some more machines.

Everything is what I need and want.

Rooms are spacious with comfortable beds and pillows. Good service and housekeeping. Noise isolation is good but can be improved. Laptop size safe and adequate storage in rooms. Subway stations and bus lines are easily accessible. Multiple nearby stores and restaurants.

For the price we paid, the value was exceptional. The room was cozy, the bed was excellent, and the walk-in shower was a nice touch. The hotel's location was great, just a short walk to Times Square and conveniently close to downtown attractions. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable.
