I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. The location of this place is fantastic, situated in a great area with a nice neighborhood. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, offering delicious food that you must try. The service provided here is exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to assist you. From car hire to 24-hour room service, they have all the amenities you could ask for. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped with everything you need, including a sitting area and a terrace. The bathroom is clean and stocked with free toiletries. I had a wonderful experience here and would highly recommend it to all.

I could not find my reservation upon arrival, but the staff quickly resolved the issue with the help of management. Apart from that minor hiccup, the customer service was top-notch and the hotel itself was a great place to stay.

Located conveniently close to popular tourist attractions, such as the Red Line subway and other visitor hotspots. The comfortable rooms featuring great movies to watch and cozy beds. The friendly staff easily serves the request of the guests to ensure an enjoyable stay.

There were some hygiene issues within the bathroom facilities, which made using them a rather unpleasant experience.

This hotel offers great value for money, especially considering its prime location near many awesome restaurants. The staff are very accommodating and provide excellent service. The rooms are comfortable, with basic amenities and some even have a view of the Washington Monument.

The hotel had a convenient location, just a short walk from popular tourist attractions. The rooms were clean and spacious, providing a comfortable stay. Additionally, the staff were friendly and went out of their way to make me feel welcomed.

The quality of the bedding was not up to par. The mattresses on the beds were too firm and uncomfortable to sleep on, which affected my overall sleep quality. It's a shame that a hotel of this caliber would skimp on the quality of their bedding.

The hotel offered two complimentary drinks upon arrival, which was a great way to start our city trip. Additionally, the location was perfect and provided easy access to many of the city's popular attractions. The breakfast was also a highlight and had a wide variety of tasty options.

There were a few things I didn't enjoy during my stay. Firstly, the staff could have been friendlier and more welcoming, as they came across as quite cold and indifferent. Secondly, the parking was expensive and quite a hassle to deal with. Finally, the lack of a microwave and refrigerator in the room made it difficult to store and reheat food, forcing us to eat out more often than we would have liked.
