We stayed at Best Western for two nights for a family baby shower. The lobby was open and comfortable for socializing. Our spacious room with a king bed was very comfortable. The meeting room for the shower was clean, spacious, and had lots of windows. The staff was friendly and the free breakfast was pretty good overall.

Would be happy to recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel was great, with easy access to Cooperstown. It was just a short drive away from the town, making it convenient. the staff at the hotel were pleasant and professional, providing good customer service. One of the highlights was the included breakfast, which was a nice addition to the room rate. Additionally, the view from the back of the building was beautiful, especially when sitting on the back deck. Lastly, the hotel had a small indoor pool and jacuzzi, which was a great feature to enjoy.

There were some downsides to the hotel. the room decor and furniture were in need of an upgrade.

I recently stayed at this venue and I had a great experience. The location was very convenient, with a grocery store nearby in case you forget something and lighted area which made me feel safer. The staff was very attentive and accommodating, and they made sure that my room was always clean and had everything I needed, including ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, a hair dryer, and a refrigerator. The indoor swimming pool and spa centre were great for unwinding after a long day, and the sun loungers were a nice touch.

I had a fantastic time here and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We recently stayed at this hotel and were pleasantly surprised by its great location near several restaurants and a supermarket. The downtown area is beautiful and has many stores and restaurants to choose from. Our room was cozy and clean with a comfortable bed and a nice view. The bathroom had plenty of hot water and was well-maintained. Service was friendly and professional. Breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of food options. We enjoyed the indoor pool and gym amenities.
