The hotel facilities were excellent, with clean and comfortable rooms. Additionally, the hotel staff went above and beyond to accommodate us, despite some initial confusion with our reservation. The breakfast options were also great, and we appreciated having a Starbucks in the lobby. Furthermore, the hotel's proximity to the metro station and multiple bus lines made it easy for us to explore this city and visit remote places.
