We were pleasantly surprised by our stay at Best Western. The check-in process was smooth, and the parking lot underground made us feel safe. Our room was surprisingly spacious and comfortable. The location was amazing, with easy access to a convention we attended and nearby amenities. Despite a few minor issues with the bathroom and TV signal, overall we had a positive experience. We would definitely consider staying here again. we recommend this hotel.

The Best Western Plus Hotel At The Convention Center in Long Beach is a hidden gem! The rooms are clean and comfortable with plenty of lighting, a spacious bathroom, and a large desk for work. The friendly staff, especially Kevin, provided exceptional customer service and great recommendations for dining. The hotel's breakfast, though small, was satisfactory. a great experience!

We stayed at Best Western for a festival. The location was great, with shuttles to the venue nearby. The hotel was comfy, with spacious rooms and a balcony for a lovely breeze. The added security of the key-access elevator was a nice touch. The complimentary breakfast was perfect, and we loved the convenient cold infused water by the elevators. It was reassuring to know we were safe with the key-access sliding doors at night.

Hand sanitiser stations were conveniently placed throughout the property and the hotel was kept exceptionally clean. Our room was spotless and the shower had a great water pressure. The location was perfect, with all the main attractions and plenty of restaurants within easy walking distance. We also loved the peaceful atmosphere and beautiful landscaping.
