We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel! The location was central to everything we were doing, right in the heart of downtown and within walking distance to all attractions and venues. The bar had a great atmosphere, with stools and a fair sized room with tables and chairs. And let's not forget how this place is smack dab in the middle of the stunning restoration taking place in this once sleepy, now vibrant city. The staff was very nice and helpful, and we even had flowers delivered and champagne waiting in our room. It was truly a memorable experience.

We also appreciated the convenience of the 24-hour room service and free airport shuttle.

We had a fantastic stay at the Westin. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet. The bathroom was well-lit and had a rain shower head. The historic details of the hotel were well-preserved and maintained. The staff was extremely pleasant and eager to make our stay enjoyable. We appreciated the little details like the complimentary lavender balm and freshly made cookies in the evening. The location was great and the serving staff was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.

During our stay at Westin, we were impressed with the excellent service provided by the front desk and valet. They went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, even providing a wheelchair for my father-in-law and a crib and car seat for our grandson. Additionally, the hotel's location on a charming street with plenty of dining and shopping options was perfect for exploring Greenville.

As young people, we loved the beautiful and historic atmosphere of the hotel. The staff was incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. We were pleasantly surprised to find a thoughtful handwritten note and chocolate-covered strawberries in our fridge upon returning to our room after dinner. The gym had everything we needed, including ice-cold towels to cool off.

They even went above and beyond by suggesting a great restaurant and making a reservation for me. The service at this hotel is top-notch and definitely enhanced my stay.

The service at this historic hotel was excellent. the staff greeted us with a warm welcome and were always ready to help. the rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. the hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas, creating a festive and cozy atmosphere. the buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options at a great price. the hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk away from the theater and city center.

The hotel charged our card for an incidental damage hold, which was not advertised and took a long time to be refunded. This unexpected charge left us feeling unhappy with our overall experience.
