The staff at the hotel, including Koutar, Asma, Said, Aziz. They were extremely attentive and friendly, making us feel welcomed throughout our stay. The hotel facilities were also top-notch, with a beautiful decor and a fantastic spa. The location of the hotel was excellent, situated on the edge of the Hivernage, close to other prestigious hotels and high-end boutiques. Lastly, the breakfast provided a great selection of food and beverages.

The room with balcony was nice and staff were super friendly. The basement spa and treatments were great. Rooftop perfect. Good food but a bit pricy. Amazing massage and pedicure at the spa.

We were amazed by the rooftop view at Nobu. It was absolutely breathtaking and made our stay even more memorable. The comfortable seating areas and panoramic views were perfect for enjoying a leisurely coffee or cocktail. It truly added an extra touch of luxury to our experience.

The hotel is perfectly located in a nice and central area, making it convenient to explore the city's attractions. It is also near some great restaurants in the new town, allowing guests to indulge in delicious meals. Additionally, the hotel is close to many attractions, making it easy to immerse oneself in the local culture and experience the vibrant atmosphere. The rooms are beautifully decorated with stunning modern Moroccan interior, providing a comfortable and visually pleasing stay. The showers are fantastic, offering a luxurious experience.

The noise from the street can be a bit bothersome, especially with the constant sound of traffic control whistles at night.

The hotel had great facilities and the pool was amazing. The location was ideal for exploring the city and it was a short walk to the main attractions. The staff were friendly and willing to help with anything we needed. The food at the hotel was delicious and there were plenty of options to choose from.

We had to wait a long time just to be offered coffee or tea and when we asked for tea, it never arrived. The staff seemed disinterested and lacking in hospitality.

This luxurious hotel fulfilled all of my exclusive amenities needs. From the amazing spa and wellness centre to the giant indoor and rooftop pools with a breathtaking view, this hotel has everything for a perfect getaway. The staff was attentive and professional, providing excellent service. The restaurant offered a delicious buffet breakfast with special diet menus. The location was very central, easy to explore the action happening in the city.

Although the lounge music was part of the hotel's experience, it was too loud sometimes. If you are sensitive to noise, you might want to ask for a room at a higher floor.
