I recently stayed at this venue and was very impressed. The location is amazing, being just a few minutes from the airport and right on the beautiful beach. The staff were fantastic and made me feel extremely welcome throughout my stay. The room was spacious, comfortable and even had a balcony. The hotel was also very well maintained with great facilities such as an indoor and outdoor pool, a spa, and even a tennis court. The restaurant had a great selection of food and I particularly enjoyed the continental breakfast.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

Great amenities, including two clean pools and a beach within walking distance. Breakfast options were plentiful and delicious. Room was comfortable and well-maintained. Staff was friendly and helpful. Spa services were a highlight of the stay.

The location was perfect, just a short drive from the historic city center and right outside the restaurant. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The staff, although not fluent in English, were incredibly helpful and polite. The breakfast was delicious, and the pools provided a great place to relax. We especially enjoyed the beautiful view from our balcony.

That some of the road-facing rooms were noisy.

The hotel has its own affordable taxi service. The staff were always friendly and helpful. The pool area is great and the beach is just steps away. The rooms are comfortable and the air conditioning works perfectly. The hotel has a Peruvian restaurant with exquisite food.

The staff was friendly and always helpful with anything I needed. The breakfast offered a wide range of choices to start the day, and the restaurant's menu for lunch and dinner was also very nice. Additionally, the hotel had two swimming pools that were clean and enjoyable. The location was away from the busy tourist area, but conveniently located right outside the restaurant. Plus, it was near a beach where there was a lot of kite surfing.

The check-in process was incredibly lengthy, taking up to an hour. the windows in the room were dirty, which ruined the view.

The hotel is situated in a nice location directly on the beach. You can enjoy the view while having breakfast in the peruvian restaurant. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with modern bathrooms. The staff are friendly and helpful with good service.

There was nothing we didn't like.

The rooms were nice and comfortable, and the bell boy and electrician provided excellent service. The manager was apologetic and promised a refund for the first night. I highly recommend this hotel.

Had a fantastic time on our holiday! the hotel offered two complementary activities which were a lot of fun. the hotel was a short walk from the beach and had amazing views of the ocean. Loved the fact that we had access to a convenience store right next door.

Wish there were more options for lunch and dinner close to the hotel. the noise from the traffic on the nearby bridge was a bit disturbing at times.

During my Christmas stay, I really enjoyed the beautiful view of the nearby beach. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind. the hotel had great swimming pools where I could cool off and have fun. the rooms were spacious and clean, providing a comfortable space for me and my family.

There were a few negative aspects that dampened my experience. the noise from the nearby construction was quite disruptive, making it difficult to relax by the pool or in the room.

The Sonesta Hotel in Cartagena gave us great value for our money. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel's location right on the beach was perfect. The staff treated us with kindness and provided excellent service throughout our stay.
