During our Christmas stay, we appreciated the convenient location of the hotel near the highway, making it easy to navigate the area. Additionally, the hot water in the shower was a nice amenity that allowed us to warm up during the chilly winter weather. Another positive aspect was the nearby coffee shop, which provided a cozy and comforting atmosphere for enjoying a hot drink.

Our Christmas experience at the hotel was far from what we had hoped for. The room had a lingering smell of smoke, and the cleanliness left much to be desired.

We had a fantastic stay at this inn. The outside of the property is beautifully designed, catching our eye from the moment we arrived. The room was clean and well-maintained, and we appreciated the convenience of having a refrigerator to store our baby's milk. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect for us. It was easily accessible to many places we wanted to visit, and we were delighted to find an excellent Vietnamese restaurant within walking distance on the corner of Westminster St and Harbor. The modern-looking room, nice shower, and bath sink also added to our positive experience.

We had a fantastic 3 night/4 day stay at West Coast Inn for a family reunion. The premises were impeccably clean and parking was always convenient. Check-in was quick and easy despite the office remodel. Our room was clean, modern, and spacious with a comfortable king-sized bed. The microwave and refrigerator worked perfectly, and the TV and remote had no issues. The air conditioner kept us cool during the hot weather, and the water pressure was excellent. The WIFI worked flawlessly, and the cleaning crew did a great job. Definitely worth staying at!

I had a great stay at this hotel during my time in Santa Ana. The cleanliness was exceptional, with the room and premises maintained to a high standard. The parking was convenient, right in front of the room, making it easy to come and go. The location was also ideal, close to restaurants and stores, as well as being a short drive from the Convention Center.

There were a few downsides to our stay. The cleanliness of the rooms left something to be desired, as we encountered questionable stains on the floorboards and even found a roach in the bathroom.
