Clean and updated hotel. Convenient location off of two interstates. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean, dark, and quiet with a comfortable bed. Hotel restaurant had a good breakfast buffet. Easy check, in and check, out process.

The walls were a little thin. the indoor pool was freezing, which was disappointing as it is an important amenity for families.

The customer service was excellent, from check in to checkout. We also enjoyed watching the Iowa game in the bar restaurant, where the service was wonderful and the food was great. The location was easy to access and the bed was comfortable. The hotel also offered free WiFi. we highly recommend this hotel for its excellent customer service and comfortable amenities.

The hotel is located in a convenient area close to everything, including the Jordan Creek area, where you can find great shopping and dining options. The bar entry area is nicely decorated and offers a comfortable atmosphere to relax and unwind. The Des Moines area offers plenty of attractions and activities for everyone's taste.

The front desk personnel need to improve their customer relations skills in order to provide a better experience for guests.
