Exceptional customer service made my stay memorable.

I was disappointed by the room cleanliness. we found hairs in the bathtub and socks that weren't ours. Additionally, the noise from outside was unbearable, making sleep nearly impossible. The air conditioning didn't work effectively, which only added to our discomfort at night.

This constant disruption made it challenging to relax or enjoy a peaceful evening in the room. Additionally, the self-service tipping suggestion during breakfast felt awkward and disrespectful, further detracting from the overall experience.

Incredible stay in a vibrant square surrounded by music and life! The comfortable double room featured a fantastic view, and the staff were attentive and delightful. Breakfast was a treat, with plenty of options to start the day. I loved returning to a clean, well-appointed room every night. Truly a gem worth revisiting!

the breakfast was a confusing nightmare, as we were told one price, then another, and don't even get me started on the self-service tipping suggestion, absurd! also, construction noise was delightful, really set the mood. i expected a complimentary bottle of wine for my troubles, but i guess that was too much to ask.

location is perfect, near shops and cafes. breakfast options were limited on weekends.

the location is totally perfect, right near all the cool stuff in portoo. i loved the big room with a huge bed and nice bathroom, made it feel so comfy. also, the staff were super chill and gave us port wine when we got there, which was a nice touch. breakfast was amazin too, so much to choose from that made my mornings great. definitely felt like we got good service and a taste of the city!

Had an awesome group trip! We walked to the Livraria Lello and the Igreja da Misericórdia in just minutes. Our rooms were comfy, and the breakfast was a fantastic spread each morning. The staff were very friendly and helped book our tours!

The only downside was the occasional slow internet, but it didn't really affect our stay.
