Very clean rooms with beautiful views and a relaxing environment. Great location with plenty of nearby dining and wineries. Spa suite with hot tub on the balcony was marvelous, with comfortable bed and romantic decor. Mallory and staff were awesome, providing an upgrade and extending our stay. Perfect for a quiet getaway.

We loved the balcony with a stunning view of redwoods and vineyards. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was welcoming and informative. The spa offerings were a pleasant bonus, and the local restaurant recommendations were spot on. The outdoor hangout spaces and proximity to downtown were also a plus. As young people, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

I had an amazing time at West Sonoma Inn & Spa! The location was perfect, surrounded by beautiful vineyards and stunning views. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a separate bedroom and a small kitchen. I loved relaxing on the balcony and enjoying the hot tub while taking in the picturesque vineyard views. Additionally, the staff at the inn were incredibly hospitable and made me feel like family. The owner, Naveed, showed genuine care for his guests and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The cleanliness of the room was top-notch, and I appreciated having all the necessary amenities, such as dinnerware and wine glasses, in the wetbar area.

I did encounter a few minor inconveniences. While completely understandable, it would have been nice to have access to them.

This hotel offers great value for money with affordable prices and attention to detail. Located at the center of Town, it is conveniently close to everything in Guerneville. The staff provides excellent service, and the basic amenities are well-maintained. The rooms are lovely, with a great little private patio where you can relax and enjoy the beautiful views of the vineyards. Additionally, having a hot tub for 2 on the balcony overlooking the vineyard is a wonderful added touch. The fact that breakfast is included is definitely a bonus.

The hotel is located on the edge of town but yet still very close to everything. It is in a Crowne Plaza and offers easy access to the starting area at Johnson's Beach. The rooms are exceptionally clean, with sparkling white beds and tasteful decor. The bathroom amenities are top-notch and the staff is helpful and knowledgeable. The breakfast options are great and there is a view of the vineyard from some of the rooms. The hotel also has a saline pool and offers spa services, making it a perfect place to relax.

The charm of the hotel may be lacking outside, as it is part of an aged motel complex.

My family and I recently stayed at this charming inn during our trip to the Redwoods. Sarah at the front desk provided excellent assistance throughout our stay and offered valuable tips for our local adventures. The heated pool was a delightful way to start our day, especially with the thick fog rolling in among the majestic Redwoods. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff and management were cooperative and accommodating. Naviv made us feel right at home with his friendly and attentive customer service. The vineyard view was a lovely bonus, and the location was perfect for exploring the area.
