This hotel is awesome! Service is top-notch, with helpful staff everywhere. Short walk to town and ferry. Great restaurant and room service. Lovely walk to lighthouse beach with incredible harbor views. Just beautiful!

Felt like a home away from home, no complaints at all.

The hotel's location is unbeatable, being virtually adjacent to the Ferry Pier and within walking distance to most of the great restaurants in this city. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. Additionally, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay special, from greeting us at the ferry to providing transportation to a different beach on the island.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The staff were friendly and attentive, the cottage was spacious and comfortable with a sofa bed, the shuttle service was convenient, and they provided a great selection of beach toys.

We absolutely loved our stay at The White Elephant! The elegant and charming atmosphere made us feel right at home. The staff was incredibly friendly and made us feel like part of the family. Our room was both quaint and comfortable, with a bed that was so cozy we sank right into it. The location was perfect for exploring, with the town just a short walk away and bikes available for rides near and far. We even ventured out to Cisco Brewery, which was a highlight of our trip. The loaner BMWs were a pleasant surprise, allowing us to explore the whole island, including a fantastic dinner at Millie's. The Brant Point Grill was another amazing experience, with delicious food and excellent service, perfect for celebrating a special occasion. We can't thank the staff at The White Elephant enough for making our stay unforgettable!

Spent Christmas at this lovely hotel and had a wonderful time. the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. the location couldn't have been better, with easy access to the town and beautiful views. the hotel also provided delicious food for breakfast and lunch, and the bar was a great place to relax and enjoy a drink.

Although our overall experience was great, there were a couple of drawbacks. the gym was not up to par, lacking in equipment and space.

The breakfast provided delicious pastries and coffee, which we enjoyed on the deck overlooking the boats. The hotel also had a pool and bikes available for guests, making it convenient to explore the island.

The inadequate gym facilities.

The breakfast buffet was of excellent quality and had a good variety of options. I highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic Nantucket vacation experience.

The room itself was cozy and well-appointed, with a fireplace and a magnificent view of the harbor. The hotel's grounds were meticulously maintained, and I enjoyed exploring the nearby shops and restaurants on foot. The continental breakfast offered excellent views and the room was immaculate, with comfortable beds and high-quality amenities. Though there were a few minor issues throughout my stay, the General Manager, Bettina, handled them with professionalism and ease, ensuring a wonderful experience. I had an unforgettable time and will definitely be returning.

The only minor issue we encountered was with the shutters in the room. They did not adequately block out the outside light, making it difficult to sleep.
