This hotel is absolutely stunning with fantastic facilities that made our stay memorable! The heated pool was such a fun retreat after exploring the area. Plus, winning a chance to drive their BMW EV around the island was just the cherry on top of our amazing experience!

We had an awesome time enjoying the live music at Children's Beach, which was perfect for my family. The gentle waters and fun playground kept the kids entertained, while I appreciated the beautiful views from our room. Staying there with Dad made it even more special.

My kids wished for more variety in the breakfast offerings.

the room service was prompt and the breakfast buffet offered a delicious variety. views from the balcony overlooking the harbor were astounding, and the shuttle service made getting around super easy.

more organization during check-in would help. 😊

The view from our room was breathtaking—waking up to that was simply magical. The staff was generally attentive, and we had a fantastic dinner at Brant Point Grille.

However, pre-arrival communication was lacking. We weren’t informed about vital amenities like the water taxi for Toppers. We ended up missing out on some great dining due to that oversight.

I stayed in one of the rooms that offered beautiful views. The staff assisted us with a ride from the ferry, and the experience of borrowing a BMW EV to explore the area was exciting. I enjoyed a relaxing afternoon at the pool, and the dining options were just a short walk away, allowing me to indulge in local cuisines and shop. It was a memorable vacation. I will definitely return.

We had a fantastic time at White Elephant! The location was perfect, just a short walk to downtown's shops and restaurants. The half bath along with a full bath in our Partial Harborview Suite made getting ready super convenient for my wife and me. Plus, the complimentary snacks throughout the day, like pastries at breakfast and cheese and wine time in the evening, made our stay even more enjoyable.

We didn’t have the chance to enjoy all the hotel’s amenities.
