I had a great experience at the hotel because the cleanliness was top-notch, and the staff was incredibly friendly. the on-site restaurant was a nice bonus, although it closed earlier than expected. I also appreciated the convenient location, which made it easy to access the nearby attractions.

I always return here because the staff helped my elderly parents during my first stay. It suits me perfectly with free parking, 24-hour reception, outdoor pool, and Wi-Fi. I can’t wait to come back for New Year!

This hotel has a fantastic location, right off the main drag, making it super convenient to access all the attractions. the staff is incredibly friendly, which really adds to the welcoming atmosphere. the covered patio with rockers is a perfect spot to relax and catch up with family while watching the world go by. Plus, the on-site restaurant offers a memorable breakfast experience, including a gigantic pancake!

The pet policy could use some reconsideration.

I recently had a great stay at this cozy hotel! the location is perfect—just a short drive to Dollywood and right before Gatlinburg, so it’s peaceful yet close to the action. I loved the festive Christmas decorations throughout the property, and the staff was super friendly, making check-in a breeze. Also, it’s nice to be able to explore nearby restaurants with ease!

There were a few hiccups during my visit. the restaurant was closed, which was disappointing since I was really looking forward to those pancakes!
