Impressive cleanliness and spacious rooms made for a pleasant experience. Location was convenient for exploring nearby areas, though a bit far from the beach. Staff members were genuinely friendly and attentive. I loved the unique gift shop and exceptional food from the Amish restaurant. The breakfast area was bright and well-kept. the bed was quite firm, and the jacuzzi jets were a letdown, which was disappointing. It would have been nice to enjoy the fire pit more with proper seating. Despite a few quirks, this place really surprised me in a good way!

This establishment has a commendable staff. They were understanding and supportive when my wife was injured. Early departure was handled without additional charges. Connie at the front desk deserves special mention—always helpful, always smiling. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Breakfast offerings were solid, but I prefer fresh preparation over reheating. The cookies and all-day coffee were a nice touch. The elevators, however, were sluggish, which was unexpected in a newer facility. Despite these minor setbacks, the level of cleanliness and attentiveness from the staff impressively sets this place apart. They truly prioritize guest comfort.

During my stay, I was thrilled to find a variety of parks and attractions just a short walk away, like Payne Park, which is only about 3.6 kilometers away, and Arlington Park, under 3 kilometers, making my walks both enjoyable and scenic; plus, there are excellent dining options right next door, including the highly praised Der Dutchmen Restaurant that felt like great home cooking. The hotel itself was peaceful and comfortable, with lovely rooms and attentive service that made for a delightful experience; but the surrounding area could use a bit more vibrancy as some spots felt run down once you ventured further away.

Temperature control was a bit challenging; the water in the shower remained too hot despite adjustments. The decor was simple but cheerful, creating an inviting atmosphere. Noise was minimal, allowing for peaceful relaxation. The hallways were wide and inviting, with soft music enhancing the calm vibe. grab bars in the bathroom would add safety for older guests. the comfort of the room made it a memorable part of our trip.

super clean and modern hotel with friendly staff. massive room with comfy bed, flat-screen TV, kitchenette, and all the amenities like a microwave and coffee maker. nice gym and heated pool. breakfast had tons of options and was really good. also, complimentary water and cookies in the evening were a nice touch. parking was easy too.

The bed was comfortable, but I did find it a bit hard for my liking. The room was equipped with a coffee maker, which was a nice touch for enjoying a morning cup of coffee. Unfortunately, the shower head in the bathroom was in need of an upgrade, as the water pressure was quite weak. We had a minor issue with our initial room smelling like cigarette smoke, but the staff promptly addressed this concern and relocated us to a fresh room without any lingering odors. My husband, however, had a slip in the bathtub due to the lack of a grab bar at the back of the tub. This incident was quite scary, and I believe additional safety measures should be implemented in the bathrooms to prevent such accidents in the future. The hotel grounds were lovely, but the pool hours were a bit limited, which was a disappointment as I missed the opportunity to enjoy a late-night swim. I also was under the impression from the website that there would be in-house spa and massage services, but unfortunately, these were not available on-site. our stay at the Carlisle Inn was mostly pleasant, with friendly staff and clean accommodations.

The rooms are huge, and so clean, it felt like home. Every morning, we enjoyed a delightful breakfast made fresh, and the staff treated us like family.
