The hotel had a beautiful atrium lobby and the staff gave us a private tour. the town was also very charming and added to the overall experience. Plus, the location was right in the middle of everything, making it convenient to explore.

The room on the 3rd floor had a strong smell outside, which was not pleasant. Additionally, the noise from the pub deck and passing cars made it difficult to have a quiet night's sleep.

The hotel had a great location near popular attractions and restaurants. the staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay enjoyable. the hotel also had free parking, which was convenient for us.

Our Christmas stay at the hotel was not ideal. the rooms were too small and lacked sufficient lighting.

The value for our money at the Windsor Hotel was excellent - we couldn't have asked for more. The room was spacious and the historic charm added an extra touch. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Recently had a delightful stay at this charming hotel for 2 nights. Loved the 1800's ambiance in the dining room and the well-preserved period furniture in our room. The staff was attentive and the hotel was exceptionally clean. The onsite restaurant was reasonably priced and served delicious meals. a fantastic experience.

The location was excellent, within walking distance of several excellent restaurants, including a delicious Mexican restaurant. The bar attached to the hotel was also cool and convenient.

I had a wonderful stay here. The location couldn't have been better, as it was situated on a lovely town square. The staff were incredibly friendly, and when I requested to have a closer room, they accommodated my request with a smile. In the room, I was delighted to find wonderful amenities like ironing facilities, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and even a TV. The dining restaurant and bar/lounge areas were also great places to relax and unwind. the service was excellent.

For the price we paid, we got an amazing value at the Windsor Hotel. The room was spacious, comfortable, and exquisitely decorated. The location was perfect, with beautiful architecture and even a lovely veranda where we could sit and enjoy a storm. The staff, especially Floyd, went above and beyond, providing exceptional southern hospitality that made our stay truly memorable.

Food for breakfast at the hotel could be improved by including it in the price. I have stayed at other hotels that offered breakfast at a cheaper rate, so it would be great if that was included here as well.

The location near the Rylander theater and the streets was convenient for us since we were visiting Plains to see Jimmy Carter teach Sunday school. There were also three restaurants accessible without leaving the hotel, which was a plus. Our room was adequate, but nothing special, and the bathroom could have used some updating. However, the service was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was decent and included in the room rate.

The parking situation was a little difficult, and we had to park on the street since there was no designated parking lot.

My stay was marred by the noise from a large college fraternity reunion party that went on late into the night. The thin walls made it difficult to get a good night's sleep, so I would recommend bringing earplugs.

The hotel has a charming and historic atmosphere, with beautifully restored common areas. the dining room is lovely and the food and service were very good. the hotel is located in a nice little historic town, making it a great place to visit or drive-through.

One of the downsides was that the restaurant and bar didn't open until 5 pm, and the bistro downstairs was not open on the weekends. Additionally, on Sunday, brunch didn't start until 11 am, so there was no option to have breakfast before leaving.
