This place has a great location, surrounded by palm trees and close to everything I needed. The staff here were incredibly welcoming and gave 5-star service from upper management to the helpful receptionists. The leisure facilities were top-notch, with an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, and even a spa & wellness center. I loved having beach access and the option to relax on sun loungers or under beach umbrellas. The dining options were fantastic, with a restaurant, bar/lounge area, and a snack bar with an espresso machine. In addition to all these amenities, the rooms were comfortable and well-equipped with features like air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a balcony or terrace.

Families looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay will definitely enjoy this hotel.

The hotel had a lovely courtyard and pool area, which provided a relaxing ambiance. the staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay enjoyable. the location was also convenient for exploring the city, with easy access to various attractions and amenities.

The room had a musty smell, possibly due to the lack of sunlight. the air conditioning was ineffective at reducing the humidity, making the room uncomfortable.

We had a great time exploring the city from our hotel, as it was conveniently located close to the main attractions, desert, and Outback restaurant. The highlight of our stay was being able to enjoy the beach every day. Our room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed. The staff provided excellent service throughout our stay. The breakfast options were varied and satisfying. We also loved the pool and the bar near it, where the staff was attentive and friendly.

The WiFi service was unreliable and only available in the common areas.

Great value, comfortable king size bed, clean and spacious room, well-staffed buffet restaurant, nice pool area with free drinks.

We absolutely loved our stay at the hotel. The location was perfect, as we could easily walk to the beach nearby every day. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and attentive to our needs. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the facilities were fantastic. We also appreciated the convenient parking options available, making it easy for us to explore the city with our car. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. our experience at the hotel was simply wonderful.

Comfortable accommodations and friendly staff make for a relaxing stay. the complimentary breakfast and airport shuttle are a nice touch, and the hotel's convenient location near shopping and dining is a major plus.

The parking situation is a bit of a hassle, and some of the rooms are very noisy due to nearby traffic. Some of the amenities could use an upgrade to really make this hotel stand out.

It was all superb.

We stayed at a hotel close to a marina which gave us easy access to excursions. We enjoyed being close to downtown and the beautiful beach club that also has wifi & great food. The staff provided excellent service while the pool was heated and very clean. There were good food options and many great known drink brands like Smirnoff. The hotel garden was well-kept and pool towels issued regularly.

The evening entertainment at the hotel was not always great.

I was disappointed with the lack of cleanliness at the beach, which was just a 5, minute walk from the hotel. the Wi, Fi and TV services were also unreliable, which was frustrating.

We enjoyed the authentic Mexican feel at this hotel. Despite being located on a main road, the noise was minimal. The building was kept impeccably clean, and we appreciated the character. The hotel is conveniently located close to the airport, and walking distance to a flea market and the port for boat trips. we would recommend this hotel for those looking for a unique experience.
