We loved this hotel! The location in downtown was perfect for us, with everything we wanted to see and do right at our fingertips. The staff here were incredibly helpful, providing excellent room service and assisting us with any requests we had. The rooms were spacious and had all the amenities we needed, like ironing facilities and a mini-bar. We also enjoyed the terrace, where we could relax and take in the views. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a great bonus too, allowing us to stay connected during our stay. the service here was top-notch and the hotel had everything we could ask for.

We highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

This hotel is excellently located in the busy downtown of Montreal, making it easy to explore the city on foot. With good facilities, bright windows of views, and comfortable rooms with refined decoration and 2 king beds, it offers great value for money.

No improvements needed, all was satisfactory.

For the price we paid, we got excellent value. The room was perfect - clean, comfortable, and spacious. The hotel's location was ideal, surrounded by plenty of restaurants and boutiques. The staff treated us well and made us feel taken care of.

The breakfast menu could use improvement.

During my recent stay at Hilton Garden, I was impressed with the spacious and clean rooms. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job of maintaining cleanliness and providing fresh towels and bed sheets. The bathrooms were also clean and well-equipped with toiletries and a hairdryer. I appreciated the added security of the keycard access to the rooms. The hotel's fitness center and rooftop indoor pool were a great addition, and I enjoyed having Wi-Fi access throughout the hotel. The location was also very convenient, with a short walking distance to the shopping mall.

Great location near the subway station, making it easy to explore the city. the room was spacious, clean, and updated, with a lovely bathroom and large comfortable beds. the cleaning staff did a great job keeping us comfortable and provided plenty of towels. the room was also very quiet, allowing for a good night's sleep.

Front desk staff seemed untrained and didn't inform us about an additional deposit, resulting in confusion and unexpected charges. Slippers were not provided in the room, despite leaving a note for the housekeeper.

We absolutely loved the hotel! The rooms were spacious, and the bed was so comfortable. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The pool and jacuzzi were awesome, and we enjoyed using them. The location was perfect, as it was close to many amenities including the metro station, making it easy for us to get around the city.

We had a great stay here at this hotel! The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city which made it easy for us to explore. We were impressed with the range of amenities provided, including room service, laundry service and taxis. Our room was spacious and had everything we needed, including air conditioning and soundproofed walls. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, even helping us with a reservation and giving us a room on a higher floor.

The bed was too soft which made it uncomfortable for us and we woke up with back pain. However, we would definitely recommend this hotel to families.

We spent Christmas at a hotel that offered us complimentary hot chocolate and cookies as well as a festive gift bag with small treats. the hotel was located near many popular attractions and had easy access to public transportation. we enjoyed the convenience of on-site parking.

Our experience at the hotel was overshadowed by poor service and an uncomfortable room. the staff was unresponsive to our requests, and our room was cramped and poorly maintained.

The ambience was great, staff was very helpful. The swimming pool and gym on the 11th floor offered a fantastic view of the surroundings. Security was top-notch.

Felt right at home, no complaints.
