They were always ready to help and had a great attitude. the breakfast was a pleasant surprise with a variety of hot food items, not just the usual continental fare. the location was convenient, right off the interstate, making it easy to get back on the road home without any hassle. Despite the area feeling a bit sketchy, I always felt safe on the hotel property.

One thing that could be improved at this hotel is the availability of luggage carts. It would have been helpful to have more carts on hand, especially during busy check-out times.

The shuttle service was a major plus, taking us to get food and back without any fuss, and the breakfast spread was top-notch, way better than your usual freebie buffet. The comfy beds and spacious rooms made for a great night's sleep. 🌟 Despite a small mix-up with the shuttle schedule, the team quickly fixed it and got us to the airport on time. a solid stay with no major hiccups, would return for sure.

A step up from previous hotel experiences.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was super clean and comfortable, with a separate living room area. The bathroom was spotless and there were no unpleasant odors. The staff was friendly, both at the front desk and the shuttle driver who picked us up promptly from the airport. The breakfast had multiple options, including hot and delicious coffee. The hotel's location was convenient, close to the airport and within reach of Carolina beach and nearby restaurants.

We stayed at Wingate By Wyndham for one night before our flight back to Germany. The staff was very friendly and the location was much better than the airport hotel we stayed in at the beginning of our US trip. I would definitely stay here again if we had to overnight in Charlotte. The included breakfast was a nice touch, although it would be great to have more healthier options like brown rice, boiled eggs, and grapefruit. The room was clean, neat, and very nice. It was also quiet, allowing us to sleep well. our stay was enjoyable and the staff made it even better.
