Budget-friendly anniversary getaway with great location for dining and shopping. Impressed by breakfast and helpful staff. The amenities were very clean and great, from the pillows to the shower. Sadly, missed out on the outdoor pool due to the World BMX event in Charlotte. Nearby landmarks enhanced family bonding, like the Billy Graham Library and the Elizabeth Lawrence House and Garden. A step up from previous hotel experiences.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was super clean and comfortable, with a separate living room area. The bathroom was spotless and there were no unpleasant odors. The staff was friendly, both at the front desk and the shuttle driver who picked us up promptly from the airport. The breakfast had multiple options, including hot and delicious coffee. The hotel's location was convenient, close to the airport and within reach of Carolina beach and nearby restaurants.

We stayed at Wingate By Wyndham for one night before our flight back to Germany. The staff was very friendly and the location was much better than the airport hotel we stayed in at the beginning of our US trip. I would definitely stay here again if we had to overnight in Charlotte. The included breakfast was a nice touch, although it would be great to have more healthier options like brown rice, boiled eggs, and grapefruit. The room was clean, neat, and very nice. It was also quiet, allowing us to sleep well. our stay was enjoyable and the staff made it even better.

The worst aspects of my stay were the initial smell upon entering and the cleanliness of the bathroom floor. When I first walked into the hotel, there was a funny smell that could have been improved with some air freshener.

The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. They even allowed me to check in early at no extra cost. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise, with a wide range of hot food items that went beyond the typical continental breakfast. The hotel was also very clean and well-maintained.
