I had a wonderful time staying at Mcmenamins in Gearhart. The location was perfect, just steps away from the beach access. The hotel itself had so much character and charm, it was truly beautiful. I also appreciated being able to enjoy the Gearhart Golf Links course right downstairs. The staff was friendly and the service in the restaurant was great, despite it being busy. Plus, the stormy weather made for a cozy and memorable dining experience.

The breakfast options were delicious and the servers were friendly. the room was clean and well-maintained. the ambiance of the building, with its artwork and unique room names, was enjoyable.

The bed was uncomfortable, very flat and hard. the bar staff was pushy and didn't offer kombucha on tap.

Our stay at Mcmenamins Gearhart Hotel was wonderful. The cozy and newer facility provided a pleasant experience for us. The location next to the beach was perfect, allowing us easy access to the beautiful shoreline. The character and charm that Mcmenamin's puts into their hotels added a unique touch to our stay. The view of the golf course was also a great bonus. Despite a few minor inconveniences, such as the water tasting like sulphur and the lack of soda machines on the property, we thoroughly enjoyed our time at this hotel. The architecture was festive and hip, and the furnishings were very nice. The food at the restaurant was excellent, although a bit overpriced. The courteous staff made us feel welcomed and taken care of. we highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and charming stay.

Everything was great, from the food to the room and the phenomenal staff. Having coffee available in the morning was a nice touch, although it would be even better if it was available earlier. The food prices were a little high, but the quality of the food made up for it. Waking up in our corner room and enjoying a cup of tea while overlooking the golf course was incredibly relaxing. The artistic aspect of the property, from the secret rooms to the live music and secret bars, was so creative and cool. The location was fantastic, with easy access to the beach and a short drive to Seaside. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and quaint.
