During our recent stay at the Westin Downtown, we were amazed by the breathtaking view from our room. The floor-to-ceiling windows allowed us to take in the stunning sights of Camelback Mountain, Piestewa Peak, and even Scottsdale. It was truly a sight to behold. Additionally, the friendly and helpful staff made our stay even more enjoyable. From the moment we checked in, they went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The quality of the food in the restaurant was outstanding as well. We indulged in a delightful dinner at the Province restaurant, enjoying both the delicious cuisine and the welcoming atmosphere. The comfortable beds and quiet surroundings in our room provided the perfect environment for a peaceful night's sleep. we highly recommend the Westin Downtown for its beautiful views, impeccable service, and remarkable dining options.

This hotel is placed in a great location, right in the downtown area, making it easily accessible to restaurants and attractions. However, it's not close to any grocery or pharmacy stores, so you are a total captive audience. The rooms are modern, spacious, and exceptionally comfortable with high-quality linens. Housekeeping does an excellent job of keeping everything spotless. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The elevators are quite slow, which can be inconvenient when you're in a hurry.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. When I arrived at my room and found that it hadn't been cleaned yet, they immediately gave me another room and even comped me breakfast and access to the club lounge. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and I especially loved the spaciousness of my room with its two queen size beds. The included continental breakfast was delicious, and I appreciated the attentive service from the wait staff and front desk. The location was also great, as the hotel was right across from Central Station and close to the freeway, making it easy to get to my destination places.

We had an amazing stay at this venue. The location was perfect, situated at the top of an office building which took up the last 6 floors. The service provided was impeccable, offering services such as room service, dry cleaning, and wedding services. The room was equipped with all the necessary amenities such as ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. The staff was amazing and were always ready to help us with our requests.

We highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The spacious room with floor-to-ceiling windows offered breathtaking views of the city. The club lounge staff, especially Dominique, went above and beyond to make our experience extraordinary. The hotel's restaurant provided excellent dining options at reasonable prices. Despite a few minor drawbacks, overall I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional service, luxurious amenities, and modern atmosphere.

The hotel had a modern decor and the rooms were well-appointed with beautiful views. the towels were especially wonderful. the lobby bar and restaurant were both very good, exceeding the typical hotel dining experience. the staff was friendly and efficient, and the hotel was conveniently located within walking distance of a concert venue.

There were a few disappointing aspects of the stay. the hotel initially didn't have our reserved room available, and we had to complain to get basic amenities like shampoo and soap.
