Indoor pool facilities, spacious rooms, efficient shuttle services

The fitness center claims to be 24 hours but was locked up early!!! Hot water was unreliable during my stay, causing major discomfort after a long day. A little more attention to maintenance could go a long way here!!!

The room was spacious and clean, with a fantastic shower that felt like magic! The breakfast was well-stocked, and the staff were friendly and attentive, making my morning bright.

However, the AC was quite loud, and the indoor pool was colder than I expected. Plus, I noticed some wear in the carpet in the hallway, which could use some TLC.

Nice bedding with comfortable pillows and sheets.

During my stay, I found the mattress too firm for comfort, which impacted my sleep quality. Unfortunately, I also encountered issues with the breakfast service being ice cold and limited in options. Additionally, parking lot lighting was inadequate and raised safety concerns during my early morning departure.

The indoor pool was a great feature for family fun, and the hotel's location off the highway made it easily accessible for travelers. My room was clean and comfortable for our stay.

We experienced inconsistent hot water in the shower, and the front desk staff appeared indifferent, impacting our overall satisfaction. Noise levels from neighboring guests also disrupted our rest at night.

Had an awesome stay with friends! We visited the Cincinnati Zoo and the famous Newport Aquarium. The hotel was a solid choice—clean, comfy rooms, and friendly staff. Breakfast had a good variety, and I loved the gym for workouts. Ideal for a group getaway! Highly recommend it!

One downside was the housekeeping. they didn't come one day until we were almost ready to leave. Made it a bit frustrating. Just make sure to manage expectations on that front.

the location was super handy, right off the highway and we didn’t even hear traffic noise. the indoor pool was cool for my kid, he loved it! room was clean n spacious, felt comfy for our stay. breakfast had some decent options like make ur own waffles and hot coffee was available all day. the front desk staff was chill and kinda friendly too.

but the ice machine was broken on our floor and we had to use the shampoo instead of bodywash since that was empty. also, the cable channels didn’t work properly, which was annoying.

the room was clean n spacious, staff was real nice n helpful, especially with our kids. breakfast had good options for a hotel, like make your own waffles n biscuits with gravy. loved that there was coffee available thru the day. overall, we had a comfy stay n would go back for sure.
