The rooms were amazing and exceeded our expectations, with stylish and spacious interiors. The bathroom was particularly impressive, with artistic design and top amenities. The panoramic view from the room, especially overlooking the harbor, was absolutely incredible.

There were a few downsides to our experience. Secondly, the queue for checking in was long, and there were not enough seats around the lobby.

The staff at the valet parking were helpful. Reception greeted us with water and canape. The guy who carried our luggage took off his shoes in our room. The room was big and stylish, especially the bathroom. The view from the room was incredible. The swimming pool had a great view, but limited hours.

The staff are helpful and kind, provided amenities for our baby, complimentary upgrade, stunning room with a superb view.

The room setting was really nice and had a beautiful bathroom and closet. the hotel had a great location with a beautiful view of Victoria Harbour.

The customer service was not up to par for a luxury hotel. The check-in process was quite long and disorganized, leaving us waiting with many other guests for nearly 40 minutes.

The room had a great interior design, just like I expected. The view overlooking the harbor was amazing, it really added to the overall experience. Additionally, the shopping mall nearby was a nice convenience for any last-minute needs.

The return route from the mall to the hotel was confusing, especially for someone like me who is not great with directions. Some directional signs would have been really helpful.
