As old people, we truly appreciated the luxurious room, well-stocked bar, and excellent amenities. The Asaya spa offered fantastic couple's massage and facial treatments, leaving us feeling pampered and relaxed. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay truly enjoyable.

The rooms were amazing and exceeded our expectations, with stylish and spacious interiors. the bathroom was particularly impressive, with artistic design and top amenities. the panoramic view from the room, especially overlooking the harbor, was absolutely incredible.

There were a few downsides to our experience. the breakfast rate was not included in the room, which was disappointing.

The staff at the valet parking were helpful. Reception greeted us with water and canape. The guy who carried our luggage took off his shoes in our room. The room was big and stylish, especially the bathroom. The view from the room was incredible. The swimming pool had a great view, but limited hours.

The staff are helpful and kind, provided amenities for our baby, complimentary upgrade, stunning room with a superb view.

Minor Navigation Issue Although this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way, I experienced one minor issue when finding my way back from the mall. the return route was a bit confusing, especially for someone like me who is directionally challenged.

The room setting was really nice and had a beautiful bathroom and closet. the hotel had a great location with a beautiful view of Victoria Harbour.

The customer service was not up to par for a luxury hotel. the check-in process was quite long and disorganized, leaving us waiting with many other guests for nearly 40 minutes.

The room had a great interior design, just like I expected. the view overlooking the harbor was amazing, it really added to the overall experience. Additionally, the shopping mall nearby was a nice convenience for any last-minute needs.

The return route from the mall to the hotel was confusing, especially for someone like me who is not great with directions. Some directional signs would have been really helpful.
