The hotel is located in a very nice area. It's conveniently near the airport, which was great for my early morning flight out. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance, which made it easy to grab a bite to eat. The staff were friendly and helpful at checkout.

Josh Carter went above and beyond to assist us with our needs, even providing extra outlets for my husband's medical equipment. The room was clean and the decor in the lobby was inviting. During my Christmas stay, I found the hotel to be conveniently located near the airport and interstate, which made it easy for me to travel to and from my family's home. Additionally, the staff was friendly and accommodating, providing excellent customer service. I also enjoyed the ample selection of breakfast options provided, starting my mornings off with a satisfying meal.

There were a few negative aspects that I encountered during my stay. I was disappointed to find that the room only had two small pillows on each bed, which was not enough for four people.

The Wi-Fi connection was not very reliable and resulted in intermittent disruptions. the hotel was undergoing renovations, which made it a bit noisy and disruptive at times.

Despite a small hiccup with our names not being on the list, the shuttle driver went out of his way to ensure we made it to our destination on time.
